Hiawatha Rubber specializes in the close tolerance, functionally critical rubber rollers that other fabricators find difficult to produce.

Our engineers, technicians and chemists are experienced problem solvers and will work concurrently with your technical group to find the solution that best meets your design criteria. The majority of our rollers are manufactured as a vulcanized molded process. This process uses heat and pressure to cure the rubber. Bonding of the rubber to the core also takes place during this process.

Hiawatha Rubber's well equipped Grinding Department can supply your rollers with a wide range of surface finishes. Some finishes are dependent on material and durometer (hardness). Finishes can be ultra-smooth to coarse, such as scale or crepe.
